Purchaser agrees to the following:

1) This cat or kitten is purchased for Pet _____ Breeding ____ Show _____.

2) If cat or kitten is sold as a pet it is agreed that the pet must be spayed or neutered by the age of eight months. CFA papers will be released when a certificate is received.  If this is not completed and a certificate from a vet does not attest to this procedure, purchaser agrees to pay an additional one thousand five hundred dollars ($1,500.00) to seller for breach of this item and pet shall be considered a breeder. Agreed by purchaser.

3) Under no circumstances will this cat or kitten be sold, leased or given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility.

4) If this cat or kitten is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said cat or kitten to Seller, unconditionally.

5) This cat or kitten will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.

6) If the buyer is unhappy with the quality of the cat or kitten he/she is to call the breeder immediately so that arrangements can be made.

7) There is no return of the deposit if the purchaser changes her mind after 72 hours of signing the contract as it is to be retained for liquidated damages.

8) Cat or kitten may not be resold as a whole cat or kitten, unless the above-mentioned breeder agrees.

9) If this cat is purchased as a breeder male, Luv Paws will co-own the cat for a period of five years to protect the cat’s interests. Purchaser agrees not to use this cat for outside stud service and to breed with cats only owned by purchaser.

10) If this cat is purchased as a breeder male, Purchaser agrees not to resell the cat for stud to anyone unless approved by the Seller.

11) Purchaser has three working days to have blood test on this cat or kitten for feline leukemia virus & feline aids.

12) This cat is guaranteed to be free of genetic defects for a period of one year.  If a veterinarian diagnoses the cat or kitten a kitten of equal quality and price will be given as soon as available.  All medical exams and related tests are the responsibility of the purchaser regardless of results.  No medical care is authorized or will be paid for by the breeder.

13) Seller makes no guarantees as to the health or show quality of this cat or kitten, except as follows: ________________________________________
